About Sam

Sam is a designer specializing in visually imaginative work that brings brands, products, and spaces to life. She is known for the conceptual strength of her projects and the playful tone of her work. Sam grew up in four different countries, and brings that breadth of life experience and familiarity with novelty and reinvention to her approach to design.

With a background in corporate design, expressive illustration, and traditional printmaking, her design skills are flexible and can adapt quickly to complement different brand identities. She is also highly organized and has experience with project management, presenting pitches to clients, and managing production with printers and fabricators.

Sam has worked both independently and through studio teams on projects for clients including YouTube, Dundee Corporation, Triennale di Milano, Autism Canada, Emera Inc., West Park Healthcare Centre, and the University of Toronto. Sam’s work has been featured on CBC's Our Toronto and on the Applied Arts blog, and has been recognized in competitions by Adobe, Graphis, the Advertising and Design Club of Canada (ADCC), The Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD), Design Edge, and more.
